All orders are double checked by our sizing experts and arrive about 2 weeks early to try on. If you want to make any sizing adjustments, just let us know.

Your rental will arrive about 2 weeks early to try on (with free delivery). Once your tux arrives, try it on to make sure you love the fit & style. If you want to make any changes, simply fill out the online replacement form, and we’ll send you new items right away. Best of all, you don’t even have to send anything back to get new items. You can keep everything until after your event.

Return After Your Event
Rentals are due back in transit within 3 days after your event date. Returning is easy (and free). Simply pack up your items into the original box & attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box. Then, drop it off at Fedex, drop it off at Walgreens, or schedule an at-home pickup.

Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend booking your rental as soon as possible to ensure your sizes and sizes are reserved for you. At the latest, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your wedding date to qualify for free shipping.
We will continue to accept orders up to 10 days before the wedding date, however, express shipping fees may apply.
All rental orders arrive 10-14 days before the event date. This leaves plenty of time to try on and get any sizing adjustments made if necessary, before the big day.

You’re completely covered by our fit-guarantee. If you have a sizing issue, fill out our online exchange form and we’ll send you replacements right away.
Sizing exchanges are free if requested within 48 hours of initial delivery.
1. Pack up all of your items (original & replacement) into one box.
2. Attach your pre-paid return label to the outside of your box, covering the original label.
3. Once your package is ready, you can drop it off at a Fedex location, drop off at Walgreens, or schedule an At-Home Pickup.
*Your return label was included in your original box, with your rental items.
If you lost your return label, you can order a new one here. Or, you can ship it back at your own expense via any shipping carrier.
