Helpful Tips…
BEFORE YOU START:
Make sure you check your fit with your arms relaxed down at your side, not raised! Also, please make sure you’ve tried the adjustable features below before continuing:
pant adjustors
Use the clips on each side of your pant waistband to loosen / tighten the waist as needed.
VEST ADJUSTOR
Use the adjustable waistband on the back of your vest to tighten it.
SHIRT NECK EXTENDER
Attach the collar extender to your top shirt button for extra neck room.
SIZING & STYLE EXCHANGES
Sizing exchanges are FREE when requested within 48 hours of delivery. Style changes are subject to a $15 processing fee.
Fill out the exchange form below & we’ll send you a brand new item without you having to send anything back. You can keep all items until after the event and return everything together in one box, for free.

How It Works
RENTAL RETURNS
After your event, pack up all of your items into one box and attach your pre-paid return label to the outside of the box. If your items were shipped via UPS, choose an option below:
Rentals Are Due Back In Transit Within 3 Days After The Event Date.
To Keep Your Rental Longer, Add a Rental Extension for $25

Your item/s may need custom alterations
We recommend visiting a local tailor for alterations if:
– You need any length adjustments (if the items are too long/short)
– You need the item tapered in a specific area (ex. coat tighter in the stomach area or pants tighter at the ankle)
Purchase return policy
Purchased items may be returned for a refund if the unused items are returned within 30 days of delivery and before the “event date” on your order.
You may not be eligible for a refund if your event date has passed.
To return your items and ensure that your refund is processed, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization before shipping your item/s back.
The shipment must be postmarked with a date that is 30 days or less from the initial delivery date and before your Event Date. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style/size, we recommend ordering a new item once your return is initiated and/or processed.

After contacting us for your Return Authorization (RA) Number, please pack up all of your unused items into one box and attach the return label (that we provide) to the outside of the box. Your return label will be sent via email with your RA Number. Then choose a return option below:
