Planning an event can be stressful, which is why we created an easy group ordering system to help your group stay on track. Share looks, send order links & track everyone’s progress, entirely online.
Step 1
Register Your Event
Start by registering your event. This gives you a personal dashboard where you can manage everything in one place. Add members, assign styles, and track your group’s progress.
Step 2
Add Members
Next, add members to your group. Add everyone who will be wearing a tuxedo or suit and assign each person a look so they know exactly you what to order.
Step 3
Send Invitations
Once everyone is added and assigned a style, you’re ready to send invitations. From your online dashboard, send everything with one click. Each member will receive a link to order their assigned tuxedo.
Step 4
Track Everyone’s Progress
Keep track of your entire group from your dashboard. See who has submitted sizes, who has placed their order…and who’s slacking. Send friendly reminders so no one drops the ball.

You can add as many friends as you’d like! We recommend adding at least 4 paying members to qualify for a free tuxedo rental. Invite your groomsmen, ring-bearers, fathers, ushers, or guests to rent with you to save on your tuxedo rental.
When you add 4 paying members to your group, you’ll qualify for a free tuxedo or suit rental of your choice. (Rent 4 and get the 5th suit free)
Our group ordering system can only be used for complete tuxedo or suit rentals. To rent individual items, check out our collections tab and send your group members the link/s of what you want them to order.
If you want everything, except the coat, we also offer a “Coatless Tuxedo” Rental Package for only $139! You can find this option in The Tuxedo Builder towards the end of the page.
When you use the Event Manager to organize your group, we’ll send your group members a link via email to order their assigned tux. All you need to do is choose which look they will be wearing and we’ll handle the rest.
