Frequently Asked Questions

If you want your rental to arrive even earlier, you can purchase early delivery at checkout, as long as your order is placed far enough in advance. Events too soon will not have the option for earlier delivery.

We ship all rental items early to try on. If you have any sizing issues, simply fill out our online replacement form and we’ll send you a brand new item right away. Sizing replacements are free if requested within 48 hours of initial delivery.

If you need a sizing replacement and it is after 48-hour try-on period, you can still request new sizes online, however, a $15 rush processing/shipping fee will apply in order to get your new item/s delivered before your event.

We recommend ordering as soon as possible, to ensure that your selected styles are reserved for you in the sizes that you need. 

It’s best to order at least 3 weeks before the event date, so you can qualify for the free 10-14 day early delivery.  We accept orders up to 10 days before the event date, however, express shipping fees will apply.

Yes! Shop our collection to add individual items to your cart. We also offer a “Coatless Tuxedo Rental Package” which includes everything except the coat!

You can order free color swatches of any tuxedo/suit fabric, as well as any of our accessory colors/patterns to help with color matching.

We also offer a free at-home trial tux which allows you to see, feel, and experience your complete look, before making any final decisions. (Offer only valid for weddings 60+ days away)

Rentals are due back in transit within 3 days after your event date. If you would like to keep your rental longer, you can purchase a Rental Extension for $25.

1. Pack up your items (original & replacement) into one box.

2. Attach your pre-paid return label to the outside of your box. (Make sure that the original shipping label is covered or removed.)

3. Once your package is ready, you can drop it off at a Fedex location, drop off at Walgreens, or schedule an At-Home Pickup with Fedex. 

Where is my return shipping label? Your return label was included in your original box, with your rental items. If you lost your return label, you can order a new one here. Or, you can ship it back at your own expense via any shipping carrier.

Sizing & Fit

Simply answer a few simple sizing questions when you are ready to checkout. We’ll only ask for your height, weight, and regular clothing sizes. No measuring required!

Coat sizes range from size 3B to size 70XL. Pant sizes range from waist size 18 to 80 in all lengths. Shirts range from size boys XS to mens 7XL. Vests range from Boys S-L and Mens XS-5XL (Long lengths available).

You can make non-permanent alterations to the pant length or coat sleeve length if you choose. You may not make any permanent alterations such as cutting the material of the garment or removing the lining and altering.

Yes! All of our tuxedos and suits are available in boys sizes unless noted otherwise. Boys sizes range from Size 3B (fits an average three year old) to Size 18B. For more information about boys sizes, click here.

Shipping (Delivery & Return)

You should have your order shipped to the location you will be when your items are scheduled to arrive. Normally, this is 10-14 days before your event date, unless you purchased early delivery at checkout.

For destination events outside of the U.S., we recommend that you prepare to have your shipment arrive prior to leaving the country so that you have time to receive any replacements if necessary. We offer rental extensions at a low cost to accommodate traveling.

We can not deliver directly to your cruise ship. For cruise rentals, we recommend using your departure date as your “event date” during the ordering process. This will ensure that your items arrive 10-14 days before your departure, which allows plenty of time to make any necessary adjustments before you travel. 

All cruise rentals will also receive a complimentary Rental Extension, meaning you can keep your cruise rental for up to 10 days, for free! If you need it longer, please contact us.

Shipping is free for complete rentals & any orders over $139.

Rental orders over $75 pay a flat-rate of $14.95 and receive free return shipping.

Rental orders under $75 will pay $14.95 for delivery + $14.95 for return shipping.

If you are ordering close to your event date, you may incur a rush shipping fee. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Rental orders placed with free, standard shipping will arrive 10-14 days prior to your event date.

Rush orders will ship to arrive as soon as possible. Exact arrival dates will be calculated checkout.

Purchase orders ship out within 1-2 business days and arrival times vary by the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Pricing, Payments & Fees

The damage waiver is a $10.00 non-refundable fee that covers the cost of minor repairs, cleaning, and reasonable-use damage that our garments may endure during your event. 

If a rental garment is destroyed beyond repair, you may be charged a replacement fee.

We consider additional bulk order discounts on orders for 20+ on a case-by-case basis. However, we do not guarantee an additional discount can be provided for every order. To inquire about bulk discounts, please contact us.

If any rental items are not returned by the return due date, the card on file may be charged any applicable late fees / replacement costs as outlined in our Rental Agreement.

If you know an item was lost and will not be returned, consider buying the rental item as it may be less expensive than the late fees/replacement costs.

If you know you are going to be late returning your rental, you can purchase a Rental Extension for only $25 to extend your return date and avoid late fees.

Returns & Cancellations

Rental orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund, minus a $35 cancellation fee. To cancel your order, please contact us.

If you have purchased items, you may be eligible for a refund if the items are returned within 30 days of delivery and before your Event Date (stated at checkout). You may not be eligible for a refund if your original Event Date has passed. To return your items and ensure that your refund is processed, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization before shipping your item/s back. The shipment must be postmarked with a date that is 30 days or less from the initial delivery date and before your Event Date.
