If you did not receive a confirmation email…
Follow these steps to get your confirmation email:
- Check your spam or junk folders, it happens. Spam is nasty and sometimes spam filters get a little finicky and catch something legitimate.
- If you do not see the email in your inbox, spam or junk folders – try searching your inbox for “National Tuxedo Rentals” or “NationalTuxedoRentals.com”
- If you still cannot find it, please contact us. Send an email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information, under a subject of “Re-send Email Confirmation”:
- The billing or shipping name on your order
- Your correct email address (in case there were any typos during checkout)
- The event date specified on your order
- Our staff will process your request and re-send your order confirmation to your email address.

View your account page to see your order history, it contains all the information that would appear in your confirmation email.
