That’s easy! There are quite a few ways to confirm this, but rest assured – if you placed an order online and saw an order-complete screen with a confirmation number – the order was 100% received by our warehouse fulfillment system. We’ve never had an order placed online that was not fulfilled or got lost.
However, there are a few other ways if you’d like to proceed:
Check Your Email
You should have also received an order confirmation e-mail, one is always sent after a sucessful transaction on our website. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk email folder – if you still don’t see it, don’t panic, sometimes your email provider will filter out an email based on a false-positive in it’s own spam detection. Read on for alternative solutions, if that may be the case for you.
Log-In to Your Store Account
If you registered an account before checking out, you can login and view your order history – if your order shows up in your order history screen, we definitely have received the order – as the information is loaded directly from our invoice and fulfilment system.

Check the Order Tools & Exchanges button
Visit our storefront and look for the green Order Tools & Exchanges button at the top of the page. Mobile users will first need to tap the ‘Menu’ button to reveal the full navigation area, and will find the button within.
Use Our Quick Order Status Lookup Tool
If you don’t have an account or can’t login, you can check your order status by entering your order number and email address that you used when checking out.
Reach Out To Our Staff
If you don’t have an account with us, or do not have your order number handy to look up your order status, you can contact us with your name and email address and we can lookup your order details for you and confirm we have your order in our processing queue.
