The Damage Waiver is a non-refundable $10 charge/per tuxedo that protects you from liability from reasonable use damage of your tuxedo. This covers minor wear and tear that our garments may endure during your event. If a rental item is destroyed beyond repair, you may be charged a replacement fee.
The Damage Waiver is only included for complete tuxedo rentals. There is no damage waiver fee for any individual items you rent. If you have any questions about damage waiver fees, feel free to contact us.
