RENTAL POLICY

Replacements & Fees

You will receive your rental 10-14 days before your event date. Make sure to try on your items within 48 hours of receiving them to qualify for free sizing replacements. If you need a sizing replacement after trying on your items, simply Request A Replacement, using our online form. Your new item/s will ship out the same or next business day for arrival before your event. You don’t have to send anything back to get a new item, hold on to all items and return everything together after your event.

Orders Over $50
Sizing replacements are free if requested within 48 hours of your initial delivery. Style changes require a $15 flat-rate processing fee.

Orders Under $50
All replacements (sizing/style) require a $15 flat-rate shipping/processing fee.


Order Changes/Updates

If your items have not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make the change for you. Style swap fees may apply depending on pricing differences.

If your items have shipped, please wait until your items arrive to try on for sizing purposes. Then, Request A Replacement using our online form (Note: style changes require a $15.00 fee if requested after shipment).


Shipping Info & Costs

Orders Over $139 – Qualify For FREE Roundtrip Shipping. 

Orders over $75 – Pay $14.95 for delivery & receive Free Return Shipping.

Orders under $75 – Pay $14.95 for delivery + $14.95 for return shipping.

Express delivery options are available at an added cost which is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your items.

When your tuxedo ships you will be notified by email with your tracking information. We ship throughout the contiguous United States – we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or other island territories.. 


Rental Return Process

There is no cost to you when it comes to returning your items! When you are ready to return after your event, pack up your items into the original box, and place the included pre-paid return label on the exterior of the box, covering the original shipping label. Then, choose one of the following:

If for any reason you run into a problem with getting your tuxedo back to us, please just call and let us know when you will be able to.  We want to make every part of your renting experience as pleasurable as possible, even the return. Thank You!


Lost Return Label

If you have lost your return label, we offer replacement labels for only $15, which includes a FREE Rental Extension to waive all late fees that would have otherwise been incurred.

Alternative Option: You may opt to not use a replacement label and ship the items back at your own expense using any shipping method you choose.

Cancellation Policy

Rental orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund, minus a $35 cancellation fee. If your items have shipped, a partial credit may be issued if the unused items are returned to the shipper, prior your event date. You must contact us to request a Return Authorization before shipping your item/s back. In order to be eligible for a partial refund, the shipment must be postmarked with a date prior to your Event Date. No exceptions.

Postponed Events: If your event is postponed, you must purchase a rental extension to cover the additional time that your items will remain in your possession. By default, your rental is due back in the mail by 3 calendar days after the original event date on your order. You can purchase a rental extension at $25 for 7 additional days/per-person which is much more economical than being subject to our standard $15-per-day/per-person late fee.


RETAIL/PURCHASE POLICY

Return Policy For Purchases

If you have purchased retail items, you may be eligible for a refund if the items are returned within 30 days of delivery and before your Event Date (stated at checkout). You may not be eligible for a refund if your Original Event Date has passed. To return your items and ensure that your refund is processed, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization before shipping your item/s back. The shipment must be postmarked with a date that is 30 days or less from the initial delivery date and before your Event Date.

Shipping Info & Costs

For retail items being shipped via Ground Shipping, there is a flat-rate shipping cost of $14.95.

If your items need to be express shipped, the pricing will be calculated at checkout and is determined by factors such as package size, weight and shipping location.
