Exchanges can be made easily by using our easy online exchange form. You can hold onto your original item, and request for a replacement item online. When you return after use, just put both items back in the box your original items came in.
If your shipment arrives with an incorrect fitting item, use the online form asap, and we will ship you any replacement item(s) immediately at our own expense for orders over $50. Exchanges are also completely free to anyone who orders a complete tuxedo package and meets our eligibility requirements. To be eligible for a free exchange, your order must total $50 before shipping, and you must try-on your items and request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. We still provide exchanges after this period, but you will be responsible for shipping fees. If you did not order a complete tuxedo package and instead rented individual items from our catalog, you will be responsible for a flat rate $15 shipping and processing fee for your exchange.

If your tuxedo does not fit you the way you like, you may email us a picture of yourself wearing the tuxedo item that needs to be exchanged right from your smartphone. We are sizing experts, and providing a look at how your tux is fitting will enable us to provide more accurate suggestions for a better fit.
If you have made a mistake or would like to change something about an order you have already placed, you have a few options. Delivery Shipping Made Easy
We ship our products via Fedex. Shipping fees are calculated upon checkout based on the weight, destination and shipping method you select. Return shipping for your rental is free: every rental order includes a pre-paid return shipping label for sending back your rental items. We try to schedule your shipments to arrive 7-10 days before your event date. With the earliest tuxedo deliveries in the country, this leaves you plenty of room to focus on the finer details of your event!
If you order within 10 days of your event, we can still ship your tuxedo to you earlier than you would receive it going to a store, though some form of upgraded shipping will be required to ensure you receive your tuxedo as early as possible. Choose one of the expedited shipping service, you can choose Express Saver (3-Day), Fedex 2-Day, or Standard overnight (1-Day) upon checkout. You will be shown the exact amount of any expedited shipping after building a tuxedo and before your checkout.
National Tuxedo Rentals has been shipping tuxes throughout America for over 20 years now. When your tuxedo leaves our warehouse you will be notified with an email from "Fedex" with your tracking # information. We ship to anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Returning Your Tuxedo Made Easy
When you are ready to return your tux, repackage your tuxedo and accessories in the box it came in, and place the return shipping label on the exterior of the box, covering the original shipping label. Once this is done, you may do one of the following:

Lost Return Labels - What To Do
Your return label has a cash-value associated with it, and cannot be replaced. It has already been pre-paid to our shipping courier. If you have lost your return label, you must return your items at your own expense.
We Can Help: For a flat-rate of $15 we will schedule a home pickup service from FedEx to your location. The courier will make three attempts to pick up your package and return them to us. You do not have to pay for postage or any other fee beyond the flat-rate fee of $15.
If you have purchased goods from our store, you may return your items for a refund. However, to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization and ship your items back to us within 3 days of their delivery. To ensure your refund is processed, your shipment must contain a Return Authorization Number that was issued after contacting us, and the shipment must be postmarked with a date that is 3 days or less from the date your shipment was originally delivered.
Cancellations Made Easy
Rental orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee. Once the items are shipped, we will not provide a refund or credit for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellations, inclimate weather, and any other reason outside of our control. This is a firm policy designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our system. This allows us to keep our prices low for all customers, and ensure the highest integrity of our service.
Postponed Events: If your event is postponed, you must purchase a rental extension to cover the additional time that your items will remain in your posession. By default, your rental is due back in the mail by 3 calendar days after the original event date on your order. You can purchase a rental extension for $35-per-additional-week/per-person which is much more economical than being subject to our standard $15-per-day/per-person late fee.
