Exchanges Made Easy
Exchanges can be made easily by using our easy online exchange form. You can hold onto your original item, and request for a replacement item online. When you return after use, just put both items back in the box your original items came in.
If your shipment arrives with an incorrect fitting item, use the online form asap, and we will ship you any replacement item(s) immediately at our own expense. Even if an exchange is needed due to your error, we will send an exchange to you on us! You can't ask for more than that!

If your tuxedo does not fit you the way you like, you may email us a picture of yourself wearing the tuxedo item that needs to be exchanged right from your smartphone. We are sizing experts, and providing a look at how your tux is fitting will enable us to provide more accurate suggestions for a better fit.
You can email your picture to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, order #, and date of use.
To Update/Change an Order Before it has Shipped
If you have made a mistake or would like to change something about an order you have already placed, you have a few options. If you just want to update the sizes for items on your order, please fill out the form below to request a sizing update for your order. For all other changes to an existing order, it is recommended you contact us directly.

Delivery Shipping Made Easy
We ship our products via Fedex. Shipping fees are calculated upon checkout based on the weight, destination and shipping method you select. Return shipping for your rental is free: every rental order includes a pre-paid return shipping label for sending back your rental items. We try to schedule your shipments to arrive 7-10 days before your event date. With the earliest tuxedo deliveries in the country, this leaves you plenty of room to focus on the finer details of your event!
If you order within 10 days of your event, we can still ship your tuxedo to you earlier than you would receive it going to a store, though some form of upgraded shipping will be required to ensure you receive your tuxedo as early as possible. Choose one of the expedited shipping service, you can choose Express Saver (3-Day), Fedex 2-Day, or Standard overnight (1-Day) upon checkout. You will be shown the exact amount of any expedited shipping after building a tuxedo and before your checkout.
National Tuxedo Rentals has been shipping tuxes throughout America for over 20 years now. When your tuxedo leaves our warehouse you will be notified with an email from "Fedex" with your tracking # information. We ship to anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Returning Your Tuxedo Made Easy
When you are ready to return your tux, repackage your tuxedo and accessories in the box it came in, and place the return shipping label on the exterior of the box, covering the original shipping label. Once this is done, you may do one of the following:

- Schedule a home-pickup with UPS: call 1-800-PICK-UPS then say ‘Send a Package’ at the prompt, and listen for instructions. UPS may charge you a fee for this if they don't normally come by your area.

If for any reason you run into a problem with getting your tuxedo back to us, please just call and let us know when you will be able to. We want to make every part of your renting experience as pleasurable as possible, even the return. Thank You!
Returns Policy For Purchases
If you have purchased goods from our store, you may return your items for a refund. However, to be eligible for a refund, you must ship your items back to us within 3 days of their delivery. In other words, your return shipment must be postmarked with a date that is 3 days or less from the date your shipment was originally delivered.
Cancellations Made Easy
If for any reason you wish to cancel your tuxedo rental before it ships and enters into production, a full refund will be issued upon your written request sent to email@example.com . If your tuxedo is cancelled after it entered assembly production there will be a $20.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel your tuxedo after it was assembled, altered, and shipped for you from our warehouse you will receive an NTR credit only for your next rental or event , minus the shipping costs National Tuxedo Rentals incurred.
