Exchanges can be made online and will be delivered before your event. You don't have to send anything back to get your exchange, just use our exchange form and we'll send your replacements right out!

Complete Packages & Orders Over $50
Exchanges for sizing issues are free when requested within 48 hours of your initial delivery. Style changes require a $15 flat-rate processing fee.
Other Orders Under $50
All exchanges are subject to a $15 flat-rate shipping & processing fee.
To Update/Change an Order Before it has Shipped
If you have made a mistake or would like to change something about an order you have already placed, you have a few options. If you just want to update the sizes for items on your order, please use the Order Update button below to request a sizing update for your order. For all other changes to an existing order, it is recommended you contact us directly.

All Tuxedo Builder / Event Manager Packages Qualify For Free Shipping Both Ways. Orders over $139 also qualify for free shipping both-ways. Orders over $75 receive free return shipping/postage, and only pay $14.95 flat-rate for delivery. Orders under $75 will pay $14.95 for delivery + $14.95 to cover return postage. Express delivery options are available at an added cost which is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your items.
National Tuxedo Rentals has been shipping tuxes throughout America for over 20 years. When your tuxedo leaves our warehouse you will be notified by email with your tracking information. We ship to anywhere in the contiguous United States - we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or other island territories..
Easy & Free Rental Return Process
There is no cost to you when it comes to returning your items! When you are ready to return, pack your suit and accessories in the box they came in, and place the included pre-paid return postage label on the exterior of the box, covering the original shipping label. Once this is done, you may do one of the following:

Lost Return Labels - Get a $15 Replacement
If you have lost your return label and cannot find it, you will need to purchase a new one - the original had a cash value that cannot be recovered. We offer replacement labels at a flat-rate of $15, and also provide a free rental extension to waive all late fees that would have otherwise been incurred.

Alternative Option: You may opt to not use a replacement label and ship the items back at your own expense using any shipping method you choose.
Returns Policy For Purchases
If you have purchased goods from our store, you may return your items for a refund. However, to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization and ship your items back to us within 3 days of their delivery. To ensure your refund is processed, your shipment must contain a Return Authorization Number that was issued after contacting us, and the shipment must be postmarked with a date that is 3 days or less from the date your shipment was originally delivered.
Cancellations Made Easy
Rental orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund, minus a $35 cancellation fee. Once the items are shipped, we will not provide a refund or credit for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellations, inclimate weather, and any other reason outside of our control. This is a firm policy designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our system. This allows us to keep our prices low for all customers, and ensure the highest integrity of our service.
Postponed Events: If your event is postponed, you must purchase a rental extension to cover the additional time that your items will remain in your possession. By default, your rental is due back in the mail by 3 calendar days after the original event date on your order. You can purchase a rental extension at $25 for 10 additional days/per-person which is much more economical than being subject to our standard $15-per-day/per-person late fee.
