Your rental will arrive 10-14 days before your event date. If you would like to receive your items earlier, you can purchase a rental extension here.

Nope! The tuxedo builder makes creating a tuxedo package simple and affordable. All tuxedo and suit packages made with The Tuxedo Builder are currently marked down $50-OFF. With all-inclusive packages starting at only $159, you can be sure to find a great deal on your look.
If you have a sizing issue, simply fill out our online exchange form and we’ll send you a new item right away.
Sizing replacements are free if requested within 48 hours of initial delivery. You can still get replacement items after that date, however, express shipping fees may apply.
1. Pack up all of your items (original & replacement) into one box.
2. Attach your pre-paid return label to the outside of your box, covering the original label.
3. Once your package is ready, you can drop it off at a UPS Drop-Off location or schedule an At-Home Pickup With UPS.
*A pre-paid return label was included in your original box.
If you lost your return label, you can order a new one here. Or, you can ship it back at your own expense via any shipping carrier.
Rentals are due back in transit within 3 days after your event date.
