Common questions
What if you can’t fit me?
If we’re unable to find a suitable fit with our available sizes, or your fit requires custom alterations that our rental garments can’t accommodate, we’ll work with you to cancel your order and issue a refund provided the items are returned before the event.
Need a Minor Adjustment?
In some cases, we may offer to cover an approved local alteration instead of sending a replacement. If approved in writing beforehand, eligible alterations are reimbursed up to $35 per item, provided the issue is reported within the free exchange window.
What if I need another exchange?
Your first sizing replacement is free when requested within 48 hours of delivery. Additional exchanges and style changes are subject to a $15 processing fee. Requests made after 48 hours may incur processing and express shipping fees.
How do I request an exchange?
All exchange requests must be submitted through our online exchange form. We cannot accept exchange requests by phone or live chat.
