Questions
Can I participate without a website?
Absolutely! You can share your personal discount code directly with customers, in conversations, or on approved printed materials. When customers use your code to place an order, you can earn commission even if they never clicked your referral link.
Does the client discount come out of my commission?
No. Your client’s discount and your commission are separate benefits. You earn commission based on the eligible order amount after the client discount is applied, subject to your commission plan and any written agreement.
When do I receive my pay-outs?
Pay outs are made monthly! Track your commission and sales from your online dashboard 24/7.
What marketing materials can I make?
You can create box inserts, counter cards, handout cards, social media graphics, captions, and email signatures through your partner studio. Customize the text to fit your business, and your unique discount code and referral link will stay connected to your account.
Will all groomsmen orders count?
To make sure your referrals are credited, have each groomsman use your unique discount code when ordering.
Standard Program Terms
Commission: Earn 10% commission on eligible referred orders under the active commission plan. Customer discounts are separate from your commission. Canceled, rejected, or refunded orders may reduce or reverse commission. Self-referrals are not permitted.
Referral Tracking: Referral links use a 365-day tracking cookie. Customers can also receive referral credit by using your unique discount code without clicking your link first. Each order must meet the program’s attribution rules, so sharing a link alone does not guarantee credit for every member of a wedding party.
Payouts: Commissions are reviewed monthly. The current payout settings include a review date of the 15th and a 30-day refund hold. Payment setup, eligible balances, and account enrollment must be confirmed before payment. Automatic payouts are available only to enrolled, eligible accounts. Check your dashboard or contact NTR for questions about your payout status.
Marketing Guidelines: Keep promotions accurate and disclose when you may earn a commission from a recommendation. Do not advertise misleading offers, impersonate another brand, or claim an NTR partnership before approval. NTR may review marketing activity and account eligibility when misuse is suspected.
Custom Partnerships: Special brand partnerships and negotiated pilot programs require separate written agreements. Joining the standard program is free. Printing and fulfillment support for larger partners may be available under a separate agreement.
