Then, you get your tux!
We ship your tux way early: you’ll have it delivered to your home 10-14 days before your event date, unlike the traditional 1-2 days before your event (most of the time scheduled to be on your rehearsal date, ouch). Once your NTR tuxedo arrives, try it on at your earliest convenience and make sure it fits perfect.
If there are any issues with your sizing or fit, contact us and we will ship your exchange item(s) to arrive in time before your event, without you having to send anything back first.
If you order a complete tux package, or your order totals $50 before shipping, then your exchange is eligible for free shipping and processing as long as you inform us within 48-hours of your items having been delivered.
If your order was only for individual items and not a complete package, and/or your order was under $50, then you will be responsible for a $15 flat-rate exchange fee. You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange items arrive in time for your event.

Send it Back
Once everything is said and done, you just send your tux back in the box it came in, along with the return shipping label we included with your order.
