Our Fit Guarantee: Your tux arrives 14 days before departure for early try-on. If anything doesn’t fit, we’ll ship fitting replacements, for free, without you having to return anything until after your trip. To get your free exchange, please submit your request within 48 hours of delivery.
Once you have fitting items in hand, you can choose to ship it to your cruise line (check with the cruise line to make sure they will accept your package!), or alternatively you can use your free included travel garment bag to transport your items with you to the cruise.
