All rental items are scheduled to arrive 10-14 days before your event date to try on. If something doesn’t fit when it arrives, simple fill out the online replacement form and we’ll send you a newly sized items right away. You don’t event have to send anything back until after your event.

Exchanges are FREE when requested within 48 hours of delivery. After the 48-hour period, you can still request a replacement item, however, a $15 rush shipping/processing fee will apply.
Replacement orders usually ship out within 1-2 business days of your request being submitted, ensuring your newly sized items are delivered well before your event date.
You can specify an alternate delivery address on your replacement order if you plan to be at a hotel or another location at the time delivery would normally occur. We’ll ship anywhere in the continental US (excluding HI and AK)
