We Handle Exchanges Like Pros if Needed

Whether you’re renting online or at a local tuxedo store, mis-fitting items can be a part of the process.  When it happens, we deal with it graciously, gracefully, and quickly. For simple sleeve and pant length alterations, you are welcome to have your local tailor or drycleaner adjust the sleeve or pant if you like.  If you have any sizing issue with of any garment(s), we provide FREE exchanges for tuxedo builder rentals and orders over $50 (before shipping) as long as you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.  Exchanges for individually rented items (non-tuxedo-builder items) will require a $15 flat rate exchange fee and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery to ensure arrival before your event. Your exchange will be processed and shipped within one business day. You may hold onto your current garment and return it with the rest of your tuxedo after your event.

To begin your exchange just go to our online exchange form, with your order number and email on file (the one you received your order confirmation at). With that, you will be able to start the “Easy Exchange” process.  We will ship your requested item(s) out for you the very same day, or next day.

You May Also Send a Photo Exchange (optional)

If you wish, you can send us a photo of you wearing the items so we can see how they are [not?] fitting you. Our staff is made mostly of people who have been in the formal wear industry anywhere from 10-30 years. These folks know exactly what to do when they see an ill-fitting tux on a person. Sending a photo will help ensure the best fit, we’ll know if that sleeve is too long or short, coat too tight or big, etc.  Be sure to include your name onad order #.
