Free 7-Day Rental Extension
Rentals are normally due back within 3 days after the event date. If your renting for a cruise, just let us know, and we’ll extend your return date an extra 7 days, completely free. That means you can keep your rental for up to 10 days, at no extra cost!
If you want to keep your tux even longer, you can add an additional rental extension here.

Your rental will arrive 10-14 days before your departure date. (Make sure to note your travel days at checkout)
If you need assistance with determining your arrival date, please contact us.
We cannot deliver to any cruise ship because, if replacements are necessary, you will not be able to receive them at sea.
We will ship the rental to your house, two weeks before your departure date.
Once you have fitting items in hand, you can choose to ship it to your cruise line (check with the cruise line to make sure they will accept your package!) or you can use your included travel garment bag to transport your items with you.
If you have a sizing issue, fill out our online exchange form and we’ll send you replacements right away.
Sizing exchanges are free if requested within 48 hours of initial delivery.
Cruise rentals are due back in transit within 10 days after your departure date.
Standard 3 days + Complimentary 7-Day Extension = 10 Days
