Rentals arrive 10-14 days early to try on. If something doesn’t fit when it arrives, we’ll replace it before your event for free. You don’t have to return anything until after your event. Click here to request an exchange.
Exchanges are free if requested within 48 hours of delivery. After that, a $15 fee applies. Exchanges normally ship out within 1-2 business days, in some cases alterations may take longer, but always guarantee delivery by the event.
If you’re traveling prior to the event, you can specify an alternate delivery address for your exchange. We’ll ship anywhere in the continental US (excluding HI and AK)
