Lost Your Return Label?

All rental orders include a free return label. If you lost your original label, fill out the form below for a new one. After completing the form, a new return label will be sent to your email within a few business hours. Print out the new label and tape it to your box to return. Or, you can ship the items at your own expense using any shipping method of choice. (If shipping it yourself, please send us the tracking number.)
