Our Process
STEP 1
Order with code: GROOMTRIAL
Build your perfect wedding-day look online and add it to your cart. Use code “GROOMTRIAL” at checkout to order your trial tux.
STEP 2
Receive it within 1-2 weeks
Your trial tuxedo will arrive within 1-2 weeks after ordering. When it arrives, check out the colors, style and quality to ensure it’s what you pictured for your big day.
STEP 3
Send It Back After 3 days
You can keep your trial tux for up to 3 days after it arrives. Then, send it back using the pre-paid return label we provide in your original box.
STEP 4
Complete Your Order Online
After the test run, it’s time for the real deal. Simply log-in to your account to place your final order.

Early Trial orders are shipped to arrive as soon as possible. You can expect your trial order arrive within 1-2 weeks after ordering. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific time frame requests.
Our Early Home Trial offer is only valid for the groom at this time. Don’t worry though, your groomsmen’s tuxes will arrive 10-14 days before the event date to try on early. If they need any sizing adjustments, we’ll take care of it then.
Nope! All rentals arrive early to try on so that you can make sure you love your fit. If you need anything changed or adjusted, we’ll take care of it. Your fit is always guaranteed at NTR.
We recommend ordering an early try-on tux if your unsure about the styles/colors/patterns you choose, or simply want to see and feel the quality/fabrics in-person before deciding.
We ask that you have your try-on tux in transit 3 days after initial delivery. If you run into any issues with the return date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation!
Our Early Trial offer is only for complete tuxedo/suit rentals at this time. For samples of individual fabrics, we offer free color/fabric swatches.
If the trial tuxedo is not returned on time, you will be subject to late fees of $20/day.
While we only offer one trial tuxedo per groom and can’t send multiple styles or sizes, the trial is meant to give you a sense of our fabric quality and overall feel. If you’re curious about other colors or materials, we offer free swatches so you can compare options before making your final decision.
As for fit, the trial tux is just for preview. When it’s time for your actual event rental, we’ll have time to fix any fit issues and at no cost to you.
