Royal Blue Solid Satin Cummerbund
A pleated cummerbund in royal blue satin, worn pleats up, covering the waistband where a vest would otherwise go. Royal blue is a saturated true blue, bright under lights and strong in photographs. The back strap adjusts through a wide range, so one size covers most waists.
