Below is a simple breakdown of when to order, when it arrives, and how the process works.

We recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks before your event.

That gives you:

• Time to receive your tuxedo early (we ship it to arrive about 2 weeks before your event)
• Plenty of time to try everything on and make sure it fits
• Time to request an exchange size if needed

Planning super early? Choose our Extra Early Delivery options and receive your tux up to 4 weeks before the event — just to be extra safe.

Here’s how our tuxedo rental process works from start to finish:

1. Place Your Order (4+ Weeks Before the Event)

Build your tuxedo online, submit your sizes, and choose your delivery date.

2. Get Your Tux 10-14 Days Before the Event

We send your tux early so you have time to check the fit and look.

3. Try It On Within 48 Hours

As soon as your tux arrives, try everything on. This is your window to request a free replacement if anything’s off.

4. Request a Free Exchange (If Needed)

If something doesn’t fit or feel right, submit our quick replacement form within 48 hours. We’ll send a brand-new item free of charge — fast.

5. Return Everything 3 Days After The Event

Once everything fits, you’re good to go. Wear it, enjoy your event, and return it using the prepaid label when you’re done.

• 4–6 weeks before your event = the sweet spot
